We're proud to source all of our 100% arabica coffee beans from The Cerrado Region of Brazil, known worldwide for its exceptional coffee production.

This region boasts perfect coffee growing conditions, with altitudes of 3,300+ feet above sea level, providing optimal temperatures and soil conditions for coffee trees to flourish.

At Vallorani Coffee, we understand that many coffee lovers prefer a low-acidic cup for its smooth taste and reduced digestive discomfort. That's why we take great care in our roasting process to ensure that our coffee is bold with low acidity.

We roast to order using a small-batch, slow roaster, ensuring an even and consistent roast. This guarantees that each cup of coffee is perfectly balanced and smooth, with just the right amount of richness and depth.

Tested for Mycotoxins and Pesticides

We truly care about the quality of our beans and bringing premium products to our customers. We recently had our beans third-party tested for mycotoxins and pesticides and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Our beans are grown as environmentally sound as possible in the Cerrado Region of Brazil. Farmers use widespread integrated pest control methods in order to control detrimental pests such as the coffee bean borer and the cicada. The natural predators such as emus and seriemas remove pests from coffee trees, it's quite a sight! These pests can take out an entire coffee farm and are one of the biggest threats to the livelihoods of farmers across the globe. 

We pride ourselves in sourcing our coffee directly from the farmers where natural cultural practices are used for pest control management and we remain committed to providing our community with premium, high-quality coffee at a fair price.
